The national information and communication strategy on defense, the national strategy for preventing and combating money laundering and terrorist financing, the national security strategy and the strategy for reforming the Ministry of the Interior will be drafted and approved during January-March this year. The Government's work program for the first quarter of 2010 includes 72 initiatives and amendments to normative and legislative documents, Info-Prim Neo reports. In particular, there will be formulated 24 laws, including on the implementation of the Peace Treaty with Romania of 1947, on the approval of Moldova's Code on Internal Naval Transport, on the safety of hydrotechnical constructions, on the accreditation of the compliance assessment organizations, on the protection of the mobile national cultural heritage, a number of amendments to laws and 38 amendments to normative documents. The Ministry of Economy will presented detailed analyses of the steps taken by the public administration to implement the investment attraction and export promotion strategy for 2006-2015, of the work of the free economic zones in 2009 and of the Giurgiulesti Free International Airport in 2009. The organizational measures planned to be implemented in the first quarter of this year include the holding of the meetings of the Moldovan-Russian Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation and of the Moldovan-Ukrainian Intergovernmental Commission for Commercial and Economic Cooperation in February. Preparations will be made for the Yearly Forum of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises that will take place between May 26 and 29, 2010. The Government's work program does not include initiatives and actions involving costs that have not been planned in the state budget for 2010.
