The Moldovan Border Police said in a press release the ferry crossing at Soroca-Tsekinovka has become operational since yesterday after being closed for similar reasons.
This morning sluggish traffic into Ukraine was reported at the Palanca-Mayaki checkpoint: a queue of at least 100 vehicles formed after a database failure on the Ukrainian side caused operations to interrupt for three hours early in the morning.
