Parents, teachers, psychologists and church representatives impose the development of the dialogue “School– family – society” for approaching and solving the problems of aggressiveness in children’s behavior, Info-Prim Neo reports. A round table on this subject took place on Friday, February 13, at the General Direction of Education, Youth and Sports of Chisinau. General director of the institution Tatiana Nagnibeda-Tverdohleb emphasized that the pre-teen-agers are the most vulnerable social class to the social instability, the economic and moral situation of the country. “One of the social problems of our community is the growth of the aggressive tendencies, especially of pre-teen-agers,” the chief of DGETS said. Eudochia Saharneanu, the director of the Anthropological Research Center of the State University from Moldova, found after a research that school remains to be the most exposed to violence, especially the road from school to house and the class in the teacher’s absence. Lucia Savca, the director of the Diagnostic and Rehabilitation Center “Armonie” maintains that violence and aggressiveness of children must be cured in families. “Curing children in schools is too late. All starts in family. Parents are not informed how to bring up children, that is where we have so much aggressiveness from, as well as many suicides among minors,” Lucia Savca asserted. “Violence must not be cured through reproofs and beatings. A peaceful mediation of these conflicts is needed. That is what I explain to my child and pupils,” said Liuba Catlabuga, a psychologist at the high school “Hyperion.” The churchmen plead for teaching religion in schools, which will reduce the cases of suicide among minors. “The child must fear God. It is necessary to combat the sin of suicide, children must not be obsessed by the thought of revenge,” Vadim Cheibas, the Episcopal secretary of the Moldovan Metropolitan Church, said. The organizers and participants in the action pleaded for making aware directors of institutions, staffs and parents of the materials and recommendations of the round table in order to diminish the intolerant behavior in families, school and society.
