Contest to fill posts of member of Broadcasting Coordination Council

The parliamentary commission on culture, education, research, youth, sport and mass media has announced a contest to fill three vacancies on the Broadcasting Coordination Council. Applications can be filed to the head office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry between February 16 and March 16, IPN reports.

The candidates must have higher education and experience of at least five years in broadcasting, communication technology, law, finances, accounting, company management or program development in any institution of arts. They must also be older than 25 and be under the retirement age, know the official language of Moldova and have no criminal record.

The applications must be accompanied by reference/recommendation from public associations, foundations, trade union associations, employers associations or religious denominations; the candidate’s CV; the copy of the university diploma, and the copy of the identity card.

The members of the Broadcasting Coordination Council are named by Parliament decision. Their term in office is six years. The Council members who completed their duties are: Marian Pocaznoi, Vitalie Tabunshchik, and Ignat Vasilache.
