The Ministry of Justice has launched a contest to choose two candidates on behalf of civil society for two posts of member of the Disciplinary Board of Judges. The deadline for applications is January 31, 5pm, IPN reports.
The applicants must be citizens of Moldova with higher education, have irreproachable reputation and experience of working in the law sector of at least seven years, minimum five of which should be in active practice.
Those who carry out political activities, are party members, MPs, councilors, public servants, members of the Superior Council of Magistracy or its boards will not be admitted.
The file must contain a CV, the copy of the identity card, university diploma or its equivalent and of the employment record book, a letter of recommendation, the records of punishment, a medical certificate and the declaration of integrity.
The candidates must submit the file in person to the Ministry of Justice. The term in office of the new members will be of six years and the term can be held for at most two consecutive terms.
