Consumers with debts for heat pay with belongings

A bailiff sequestrated a TV set, a washing machine, a computer and a DVD player from persons who have debts for heat, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from SA Termocom. According to the communiqué, the debtor in Chisinau’s Rascani district accumulated a debt of 11,900 lei according to the court decision and of 27,277 lei until present. On May 19, the sequestrated goods were transmitted to the representative of the municipal housing stock managing company – 21 for storage. The action was taken following visits to the indebted persons paid by the bailiff and the representative of the municipal housing stock managing company and discussions about the necessity of unconditionally paying the debts. The debtor was given time until May 30 to repay the debts. Otherwise, the sequestrated goods will be sold. The debtor will cover the costs incurred to sell the goods. SA Termocom calls on the consumers with debts to pay the heat bills in the near future. The bills can be paid at the head office of SA Termocom situated at 6 T. Vladimirescu St, posts offices or banks.
