Consumers urged to seek help from ACC’s Information and Payments Section

To obtain information about the water supplier’s work and to pay for water supply and sewerage services, the consumers of SA “Apa-Canal Chisinau” (ACC) can go to the Information and Payments Section that is based at 38 Albisoara St in Chisinau. The Section’s specialists work from Monday through Friday, between 7am and 7pm, IPN reports.

In a press release, ACC says the Section issues bills and collects payments for such services as water supply and sewerage, water pre-treatment, heat, connection, disconnection, unsealing, repair or checking of water meters.

The consumers can also be issued with the examination certificate and can submit applications for being allowed to pay the debt in installments, to have the meter relocated or to have the consumption of water recalculated.

The Section’s specialists provide the consumers with information about the done calculations and the existing debts. They register requests to unseal meters in connection with pipe repair works, to relocate the meter, to restore the supply of water, to register the meter and also issue the consumers with connection notices.

For more efficient informing of consumers, a one-stop information and payments shop was set up within the company’s Client Relations Division in 2011. In 2015, this was renamed the Information and Payments Section.
