The connection or disconnection and regulation of heat in apartment buildings connected to the centralized heating system is performed, at the request of consumers, by the housing sector manager or the person in charge of the meter, who is designated by the majority of dwellers. If ambient air temperature during the day is high and radiators are overheated, the consumers can ask the housing sector manager or Termoelectrica to adjust heat consumption, IPN reports.
For the purpose, the consumers can use the Call Center - 1300 and 022 447 447, the Facebook page of Termoelectrica, Viber - 069-444-144 (available for text, photo and video) to report technical glitches. The supply of heat in condition of safety and according to the necessities of consumers is the main objective of Termoelectrica. An important role in achieving this objective is played by the investments made by the company, which envision the installation of Individual Heating Points for all consumers.
Termoelectrica director general Veaceslav Eni said the Individual Heating Points adjust in at automatic way the consumption of heat according to the preset parameters, depending on the ambient air temperature and the individual needs of consumers, with the physical intervention of representatives of the housing sector manager or Termoelectrica not being necessary.
Termoelectrica ensures the supply of heat up to the building’s main (connection point), while the intra-block engineering heating system is managed by dwellers through the housing sector manager.
