Constitutional Court's decision on Parliament dissolution will be pronounced Sept. 21

The Constitutional Court will make public its decision on the circumstances of dissolving Parliament on September 21, at 10 am, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Court's website. The application asking the court to establish the circumstances that justify the dissolution of Parliament was submitted by Acting President Mihai Ghimpu on September 7. If the Court rules the dissolution is justified, Mihai Ghimpu will issue a decree to dissolve the legislature and will then announce the day of early parliamentary elections. The leaders of the ruling alliance already announced the early elections might take place on November 21.
