The Constitutional Court pronounced the decision on the validation of two seats of MPs. These will be occupied by Oleg Cuciuc and Sergiu Groza, from the list of the Party of Socialists, who entered Parliament after Andrei Neguta and Victor Sorocean of the same party vacated their seats, IPN reports.
In a press release, the Constitutional Court says there were identified no circumstances that can prevent the validation of the seats of the substitute candidates.
The decision takes effect when it is adopted and is published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
