The Constitutional Court has validated the seats assigned to Adrian Albu and Gaik Vartanean, who were substitute candidates on the list of the Electoral Bloc of Communists and Socialists, IPN reports.
The two seats fell vacant following the resignation tendered by Alla Dolință and the death of Elena Bodnarenco, who formed part of the parliamentary group of the Bloc of Communists and Socialists.
