The Constitutional Court validated the seats of MP of two substitute candidates who entered Parliament on the Liberal-Democratic ticket. These are Eugen Bodarev and Iurie Chiorescu, IPN reports.
The Court’s decision takes effect when it is adopted and is published in the Official Gazette.
Moldova’s Parliament declared the two seats vacant after MPs Alexandru Barbarosie and Victor Rosca tendered their resignations.
