Constitutional Court to examine PCRM’s application tomorrow

The Constitutional Court will Friday deal with the PCRM’s application concerning the recounting of the votes cast in the November 28 early legislative elections, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Court’s website. On December 16, the Court is to examine the final report on the election outcome presented by the Central Election Commission and to validate the seats of MP. The Communists Party (PCRM) filed the application on December 6. The party invoked serious calculation errors and multiple violations of the electoral legislation.
