Constantin Butucel promises to turn capital city into safe and comfortable place

Constantin Butucel, who is running for mayor general of the municipality of Chisinau on behalf of the Party “We Build Europe at Home” (PACE), prmises to identify the best solutions to turn Chsinau into a clean, safe, modern and comfortable city. For the purpose, he will borrow the experience of the Netherlands, where he has lived for 12 years and developed a business, IPN reports.

“Among my priorities as a candidate for mayor general are: to optimize public transport, to reorganize routes so as to decongest the city, to create cycling tracks and to develop cycling culture, to set up recreational spaces and playing spaces for children, to provide street lighting, to build and equip kindergartens and other modern educational institutions,” said the PACE candidate.

He also said that he intended to create a favorable business climate and to reorganize the municipal enterprises into modern and profitable ones, to implement ingenious urban planning projects, with unordinary design, which would make Chisinau famous in the world.

Constantin Butucel noted that he is ready to return to Chisinau with his family to become involved in the transformation of the city into a European capital city. “I would like to team up with all the inhabitants of the municipality of Chisinau,” he stated.

Constantin Butucel is contending for mayor of Chisinau on behalf of the Party “We Build Europe at Home” that is led by the former deputy head of the General Police Inspectorate Gheorghe Cavcaliuc, who is investigated in Moldova. As it was decided by draw, he will be next to No. 3 on the ballot.
