The persons who took part in the war for defending the territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova will be able to gratis obtain the privatized state-owned dwellings. A bill to this effect was approved by the Cabinet on April 6, IPN reports.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Octavian Calmac said the money earned from the privatization and sale of state-owned apartments and houses is fully transferred to the local budgets.
Before the bill is submitted to Parliament for examination and adoption, information about the given dwellings, including their area and estimated value, will be added to it.
