The documents issued by the education institutions of the territorial-administrative units from the left side of the Nistru and Bender municipality starting with 1992 will be apostilled. The Government approved a decision to supplement the current normative framework with regulations that would enable to put the apostille on education documents issued in Transnistrian, in particular the Tiraspol University “Taras Shevchenko”, IPN reports.
Thus, the young people from the Transnistrian region will be able to continue their studies and to find a job abroad.
The model of the form will be approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research. The seals and stamps will not contain the state symbols or symbols of state institutions.
