Companies that want to build homes for flood victims can purchase tender documents

The Ministry of Construction and Regional Development started to sell tender documents to the companies that want to take part in the construction of about 600 houses for flood victims, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the Ministry. The construction companies can apply to the Ministry’s General Architecture, Construction and Dwellings Division to purchase the set of documents for 200 lei within 10 days to. The companies that meet the requirements of the tender contest will be selected on August 16. Minister of Construction and Regional Development Marcel Raducan said it is not an easy task to build so many houses during three months. “The Ministry will select only companies with a good reputation. We will strictly monitor all the stages of the construction works,” he said. Marcel Raducan also said that about 100 companies are expected to take part in the tender contest. Only 20 will be chosen out of them The houses for flood victims will be built on three plateaus. One is located near Leuseni village. There will be constructed 556 houses for flood-affected persons from Cotul Morii and Sarateni villages. The second is situated in Obileni village and will include 25 houses, while the third plateau, in Nemteni, will include 115 houses. There will be erected two-, three- and four-room houses that will be distributed to families according to the number of family members.
