The Communist MPs made multiple accusations against the Government. According to them, after the government coalition took over the power, Moldova became a European leader by thievery, smuggling and dispossession of the state of facilities. The Communists consider that the Leanca Government does nothing to resolve the Transnistrian conflict, while the creation of migration posts between the two banks of the Nistru will destabilize the situation and will eliminate all the reunification chance, IPN reports.

The leader of the Communist Party Vladimir Voronin accused the Government and the MPs of the government coalition of betraying the country and the social interests. He considers that by setting up migration points, the administration wants to divide the country. “It’s not yet late to remedy the situation and I hope that our initiative will be backed in Parliament,” he stated.

According to Communist MP Sergiu Stati, the persons delegated to resolve the Transnistrian conflict do not deal with this and the situation is handled by the international organizations.

The leader of the Party of Socialists Igor Dodon considers that the people lost confidence in the rulers. “Most of the people from the right bank of the Nistru are against the European integration, while those from the left bank are categorically against it,” he stated, adding that he will soon propose a solution for reunifying the country. The MP announced that the Socialists will vote for the censure motion.

The motion was yet rejected as it didn’t obtain the necessary number of votes.

On October 22, Parliament examined the second censure motion against the Government put forward by the Communists this month. The first motion was also rejected.
