The Communist parliamentary group withdrew from the December 23 sitting of the legislature, expressing thus their dissatisfaction with the draft budgetary-fiscal policy document debated. The MPs explained that the amendments and proposals they put forward are not taken seriously by the ruling alliance, Info-Prim Neo reports.
“We proposed increasing the budget so as not to close schools. We suggest amendments, but you listen only to those who tell you how to vote. You do everything in the interests of smugglers. These two matters (the draft budgetary-fiscal policy and the draft state budget – e.n.) are completely illogical,” said Communist lawmaker Galina Balmos.
The budgetary-fiscal policy is to be adopted in second reading. The agenda also includes the 2012 draft state budget.
