Meteorologists forecast a cold week with predominantly cloudy skies. Nighttime temperatures will drop to between -5 and -8 degrees Celsius, while daytime highs will range from 0 to +6 degrees. The northeast wind will blow at a light to moderate intensity, and light fog is expected in some regions, IPN reports.

The cold and low temperatures are making their presence felt. According to the National Center for Emergency Pre-Hospital Medical Assistance, 10 cases of hypothermia and two cases of frostbite have been reported in recent days.

Homeless individuals can seek help at the "Shelter and Guidance Center for the Homeless," where they can spend the night or stay for extended periods.

Authorities urge the population to remain cautious and offer support to those vulnerable to the freezing temperatures.
