The factions of the Democratic Party (PDM) and the Liberal Democratic Party (PLDM) in the Orhei District Council signed a cooperation agreement on October 3. The event took place in the presence of the leaders of the two parties, Marian Lupu and Vlad Filat, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué from the PDM.
The leaders of the two parties said that the document lays down the principles of cooperation between the two factions, based on which there will be created a new pro-Democratic majority in the Orhei District Council.
Marian Lupu and Vlad Filat said that more such events will take place in the near future. They are aimed at improving the activity of the local public administration.
