The local subdivisions of the National House of Social Insurance (CNAS) continue to serve the people according to a special program. From May 11 until May 15 inclusive, between 8am and 2pm, there will be served only the recipients of pensions, social welfare and applicants for death benefit. The measures were taken in a move to prevent the spread of COVID-19, IPN reports.

In a press release, the CNAS says the applicants and recipients of social benefits from Ștefan-Vodă district will not be served between May 11 and May 15 because the building of the local house of social insurance in the district center is in quarantine. The program will be restored when the quarantine in Stefan Vodă town is lifted.

The visitors of the local houses of social insurance will be allowed to go in only if they were protective masks and gloves, by maintaining social distancing. After each two hours of work, the local houses will be disinfected and ventilated for ten minutes.

As of May 18 this year, all the local houses of social insurance will work according to the usual program, if the state of emergency is not extended. The CNAS will additionally inform the citizens about its program depending on the epidemiological situation.
