The Chisinau Municipal Council, in its December 22 meeting will examine the regulations concerning the compensation of costs associated with public utilities and energy resources for socially disadvantaged persons, IPN reports.
Under the document, the global earnings of the family will be calculated by adding up all the incomes of the persons with the domicile at the applicant’s address and those who live together, without a domicile visa. The persons who own two or more dwellings in Chisinau can benefit compensations.
The applications and required documents can be sent by mail or in electronic form, with the digital signature. If the presented set of documents is incomplete, the application will be rejected. If false data are identified, the applicant will be excluded from the list of beneficiaries.
The beneficiaries are the socially deprived persons from the municipality of Chisinau with a global monthly income lower than 3,000 lei and 5,000 lei for young families. Those who benefitted from compensations the previous cold season can benefit from such allowances this year too, without filing an application.
