CMC settled tariffs for services provided by the Dwelling Privatization Department

According to the decision of the Chisinau Municipal Council, the tariff for evaluating an apartment and its cost, homologating the selling-buying contract with the receiving-giving contract of was set to 50 lei. At the same time, the tariff for issuing a certificate for apartment privatization process participating (non-participating) was established at 30 lei. The tariffs were set in line with the Law on apartment privatization, according to which the expenses for examining apartments and determining their cost, homologating the selling-buying contract with the receiving-giving contract, are covered by the citizens who buy or get for free the apartment as private property. The Apartment Privatization Department started its activity on 1 August, the privatization process in the capital being this way restarted after 4 months.
