CMC approved the modification of the Regulation on representation of municipality Chisinau in economic societies

Chisinau Municipal Council (CMC) approved on Tuesday to change and complete of a previous decision „Approval of the Regulation on representation of municipality Chisinau in economic societies”. According to the head of financial management and internal audit department, Eugenia Ciumac, CMC approved the modification and approval of the composition of the permanent Commission of CMC to attest and authorised the representatives of the municipality Chisinau in economic societies, as well as the specimen of the Qualification Certificate, issued to CMC representatives in economic societies. He said that delegating the representatives, qualified specialists to present CMC interests in economic societies is necessary in order to supervise the activity, intensify and to optimise the control over the activity of economic societies. According to situation on 1 January 2006, CMC has 114,3 million lei share-part in statutory capital of 14 economic societies working in the municipality Chisinau. In 10 economic societies CMC has the majority share-part varying between 51 and 100%.
