Russia has modified the entrance and exit rules for foreigners. Thus, from this May, besides the travel documents (passport), the Moldovan citizens travelling to Russia also need health insurance. Otherwise, they will be banned from entering Russia, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.
The foreign citizens who entered Russia without being asked to have health policy can be requested to present the health policy by the inspection bodies. The persons who will be unable to prove that they have health policy will be fined according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
