Naturalized Austrian athlete Christopher Horl will compete for Moldova at the Winter Olympic Games of Pyeongchang, South Korea, which were scheduled for February 9-25, IPN reports.
This year, the 28-year-old sportsman took part in seven alpine skiing competitions and won one tournament in the Czech Republic.
Sleigh rider Leonard Cepoi is another Moldovan athlete who is likely to qualify for the 2018 Winter Olympics.
