Chisinau to host Piano Nights for the fifth time

Three extraordinary concerts will take place in Chisinau and one concert will take place in Balti as part of the fifth edition of the International Piano and Orchestra Festival “Piano Nights in Moldova”, which will take place between June 26 and July 5. Renowned soloists from France, Moldova and Germany will participate in these concerts, and they will be accompanied by the National Chamber Orchestra of Moldova.
According to the organisers, the programme of the concerts is quite impressive. On June 26, the Organ Hall will host the “Overture a la francaise” concert featuring Nicolas Bringuier, Jean-Luc Andre and Vanessa Wagner (France), and Serghei Constantinov (Moldova).
On June 29, in the evening, the concert “The Romantic German School” will take place in the same location. Mihai Horia (Romania), Marina Izman (Moldova-Holland) and David Violi (France) will perform in this concert. A concert entitled “Excerpts from the Russian Music” will be presented on July 3, featuring such performers as Dumitru Matei from Moldova, and Samuel Parent from France.
On July 5, the soloists Paisit Bon, Alexandra Lescure and
Michel Bourdoncle (France) and Felicia Doni (USA) will perform in the “Evening of Classical Music”, which will take place at the National Theatre in Balti.
The conductors of the four concerts in the festival are Didier Talpain from France, and Valentin Doni, from Moldova
