The second Japanese Film Festival includes four film screenings at the Odeon Cultural Center in Chisinau. According to the Embassy of Japan in Chisinau, the second event of the kind is staged on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Moldova and Japan, IPN reports.
The festival will take place on October 6-7. The program is available on the website of the Embassy of Japan and at the Odeon Cultural Center.
The four films will be shown in Japanese with Romanian and Russian subtitles. Entrance to all the screenings is free of charge.
Japan’s Ambassador to Moldova Masanobu Yoshii will take part in the opening of the festival at 6pm on October 6.
