The Chisinau municipality will turn on the festive lighting on Stefan cel Mare Blvd. and in the Great National Assembly Square in the evening of October 29, on the occasion of the initialing of the Association Agreement with the EU at the Vilnius Eastern Partnership Summit, IPN reports.
According to a communiqué from the City Hall, flags of the European Union, the Republic of Moldova and of the municipality of Chisinau will be hoisted on the central boulevard and in the central square of the capital city.
The lights on the Christmas tree and the holiday lighting all over the city will be switched on this Sunday, December 1.
