The Chisinau City Hall made an order whereby it requests to modify the 2018 municipal budget and allocate money for alleviating the consequences of the fire that happened in a building at 6/1 Ion Creanga St on June 12. The building’s roof was fully destroyed and five apartments were partially damaged, IPN reports.
The allocated money will go to build a new roof. The Buiucani district head’s office, in concert with the General Public Amenities Division, will hold a public tender contest to choose the contractor that will perform the works.
A month ago, a fire fully destroyed the roof of a building situated at 6/1 Ion Creanga St and partially affected the roof of the neighboring block. No one was hurt.
