Ten articulated trolleybuses purchased by the municipality will soon run on the streets of Chisinau after a period of testing.
Manufactured by the Polish company Solaris Bus & Coach, the ten Solaris Trollino 18 trolleybuses come with air conditioning, ramps for people with disabilities and low floors.
In recent years, a total of 95 trolleybuses have been put into operation in Chisinau. The City Hall says that these new vehicles represent a modern and sustainable urban transit solution.
