Chisinau man stabbed in broad daylight

A 22-year-old Chisinau man was stabbed by two nameless assaulters as he was walking along Timisoara Street Friday afternoon, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to Dr. Evelina Rusu of the Chisinau Emergency Service, the young man was admitted to hospital with stab wounds to the chest and abdomen, having experienced a hemorrhagic shock.
Another man, 60, was hospitalized for treatment of hypothermia-induced disorders. Apparently drunk, he was picked up by an ambulance as he was lying along Dacia Blvd and driven to the Emergency Hospital.
Over the past 24 hours, the Chisinau Emergency Service responded to 633 calls.
