Chisinau International Airport selects taxi company with which to cooperate

The Chisinau International Airport has selected the company for taxi transportation from/to the Airport. The contract will be valid for a year, while the company will have a dispatcher's office in the airport terminal. Four taxi companies took part in the tender contest. The winner - “Tovilad-Com” - will provide up to 15 cars, Dacia Logan universal, registered in 2010. Galina Telpiz, marketing manager of the Chisinau International Airport, has told Info-Prim Neo that the taxi fares will be lower than those charged by separate taxis. Earlier, the airport's administration cooperated with three taxi companies, but the contracts with two of them were terminated after passengers filed complaints. The contract was extended only with the company 1470, which decreased the fares. The Chisinau International Airport urges passengers to contact the taxi dispatchers from the Airport’s arrival hall in order to avoid paying higher fares.
