The International Business and Administration College organized admissions despite not having the authorization to do so. According to the Ministry of Education, this educational establishment is not included in the enrollment plan and its accepting of applications is a violation of the Education Code, IPN reports.

A press release of the Ministry urges the students enrolled at this college to withdraw their documents and apply for programs offered by other schools.

Following notifications from MPs and the Chisinau Prosecutor’s Office, the Ministry of Education recommended the International Business and Administration College to apply for authorization of its study programs by the National Agency for Ensuring the Quality of Professional Education (ANACIP).

As the college did not react, the Ministry announced the institution would not be included in this year’s enrollment plan unless it gets evaluated and accredited by ANACIP. Without the enrollment plan, admitting applications from students is in violation of the Education Code and illegal.

The goal of external evaluations is to increase and improve the quality of education, to adjust it to the job market’s requirements, to ensure the training of qualified specialists, in accordance with European standards.
