The Chisinau City Hall and the Chisinau Municipal Youth Center have launched the second edition of the Open Air Film Festival. The event starts on June 1 and will run throughout the summer, every Friday and weekend, in three districts of Chisinau, IPN reports.
On Friday, the films will be screened in the amphitheater in Ciocana district, on Saturday – in “Butoiaș” Forest-Park in Buiucani district, entrance from Onisifor Ghibu St. On Sunday, moviegoers are expected to go to “Sarmizegetusa” Park in Botanica district.
The screenings will start at 08:30 p.m., giving young people and families the opportunity to enjoy summer evenings in a relaxing atmosphere. The Open Air Film Festival is an initiative meant to promote film culture and offer the young people from Chisinau the opportunity to spend their free time in a pleasant and educational way.
The film to be screened will be chosen together with the audience.
