Chisinau apartment prices down in July

In July apartment prices in Chisinau averaged 687 euros per square meter, a slight downward trend from the previous month (694 euros) and a steeper downward trend from the first month of the year (799 euros), Info-Prim Neo learned from the real estate agency Lara.
The downward trend in apartment prices started in November last year, when prices began to fall from 886 euros per square meter.
One-room apartments in the Airport area were available in July for an average 480 euros per square meter, while the most expensive apartments, located in downtown Chisinau, were selling for 937 euros per square meter.
Two-room apartments ranged in price from 637 to 844 euros, three-room apartments from 577 to 730 euros, and four-room apartments from 526 to 655 euros.
