Chisinau administration provides awards for cleanest plots

The cleanest 20 plots in the municipality of Chisinau will be awarded. In the April 26 meeting of Chisinau City Hall officials, deputy mayor Vlad Cotet said a national beer company announced its intention to provide by a washing machine to 20 university dormitories whose students will best clean plots in the municipality of Chisinau, Info-Prim Neo reports. The cleanup campaign will take place in two weeks. Cleaning works will be performed on about 100 plots. Mayor General of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca said the cleanup campaign is a continuation of the cleanup drive “Come on, Moldova”, which was carried out on April 16. Garbage from 260 hectares of land was then collected.
