The municipality of Chisinau prohibited fishing in the lake situated in “Valea Morilor” Park in order to protect the young fish. An order to this effect was made by Mayor General of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca.
Another ordinance of the mayor bans swimming in the same lake, outside the specially laid out area, and diving near the barrage and protection fence. The move is aimed at protecting the persons who visit the recreational area.
