As for the bilateral relations, Tian Wei said that China and Moldova are good friends and partners, and the armies of China and Moldova have always maintained good cooperative relationships. China is willing to work with Moldova to expand and deepen cooperation between the two armies
Sergiu Plop, secretary of state of the Ministry of Defense, spoke on behalf of the guests invited to the ceremony. He underlined the importance of the Moldovan-Chinese cooperation, including between the two armies, based on mutual respect and strategic partnership, which includes logistical support, training of national army servicemen in China’s military educational institutions. He thanked the Chinese side for the support provided to the national army over the years.
