Children's ombudswoman demands dealing with stray dog problem

Children's ombudswoman Tamara Plamadeala submitted a new note with recommendations for solving the stray dog problem in Chisinau to Mayor General Dorin Chirtoaca. She demands taking immediate measures to protect the children from the dogs who wander on playgrounds, Info-Prim Neo reports. The ombudswoman underlined every person has the right to live in a danger-free environment, while the mothers and children must enjoy special protection and assistance. Tamara Plamadeala also said the issue of stray dogs is more often raised at the meetings she attends, stressing steps should be taken to tackle it.
