The participants in the children’s football championship “Euro 2015” will be awarded in a ceremony that will be held in Chisinau on May 17, with the support and participation of a number of embassies working in Chisinau, IPN reports.
The fourth competition of the kind involved amateurs aged between 11 and 14. Five of the six competing teams represented by an embassy – of Hungary, Italy, Poland, Ukraine, and Turkey – while the last one – the OSCE.
In the festive ceremony, representatives of the embassies will hand over Cups to the winning teams and will award the youngest participant, the best goalkeeper and the top scorer of the championship. There will be also offered a public sympathy prize. Afterward, the participants and the guests will be invited to taste traditional gastronomic delicacies prepared by the embassies.
The event will be held at the Center “Don Bosco” situated at 9 Muncesti St, starting at 2pm.
