Children write stories for children

The Center for Children’s Rights is announcing a contest for children titled “Children Write Stories for Children”.
Contest coordinator Marina Revenco has told Info-Prim Neo that by this initiative, the Center aims to encourage the children and adolescents, offering them the chance to show their creative skills. The organizers want to discover “the young Ion Creanga”.
The most original stories will be included in a collection projected to be published. At the same time, the authors of the best works will receive prizes-surprises on June 1, on the International Children’s Day.
Any child or teen under 18 from Moldova can take part in the contest. The stories must be sent to the Center’s address: A. Bernardazzi 5 Street, office 4, Chisinau municipality, MD 2001, Moldova, or to the electronic address: coordonator@copil.md by May 20. The work must be accompanied by auxiliary information about the participant (name, age, place of residence, school, class, telephone, address).
The Center for Children’s Rights is a nongovernmental organization designed to provide legal or other assistance to children and young people. The Center’s beneficiaries are children and young people, specialists that work with the children, the central and local public administrations that deal with children’s rights protection, national and international organizations, etc.
