Charity for Chisinau needy families

Ahead of the Easter holidays, 50 families living in Chisinau municipality received financial aid totaling 25,000 lei. The money was donated by a company, Info-Prim Neo reports. Svetlana Chifa, the head of the municipal Division for Child Rights’ Protection, informed that the recipients were families with disabled children or parents. Each family received 500 lei in financial assistance. Children in our society need financial support. The people blessed with privileges have the moral duty to invest in the future of our society, said the donator, promising that the company would further engage in charity activities. Some 6,000 families deemed underprivileged and needy are registered with the Division for Child Rights’ Protection.
