Vitalie Coceban was named acting director of the public institution Center of Information Technology in Finance by an order made by the Ministry of Finance. He was presented to the Center’s staff by secretary of state at the Ministry of Finance Dorel Noroc, IPN reports.
According to a press release of the Center of Information Technology in Finance, Vitalie Coceban has more than 20 years of experience of work in the field of digitization of services provided by the central public authorities of Moldova. In 2000 – 2009, he served as the executive director of “MoldInfonet” – provider of Internet services for the central public authorities – and then as the vice director of the state-run Center of Special Technologies. Afterward, during ten years he managed the state-owned company “Fiscservinform” that merged with the Center of Information Technology in Finance on August 1, 2018.
