Thirty-eight electoral districts of the second level for holding the snap parliamentary elections of July 11, 2021 were created by the Central Election Commission (CEC) on May 13, IPN reports.
According to the CEC, the borders of the electoral districts correspond to the borders of the current territorial-administrative units. The electoral districts for the settlements from the left side of the Nistru and for the polling stations established abroad are equal to the constituencies of the territorial-administrate units of the second level.
Until May 21 this year, the CEC is to constitute the district electoral councils of the second level.
