CEC approves 20 electoral observers

The Central Election Commission (CEC) approved at its Friday's meeting 20 international and national observers for the constitutional referendum on September 5, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The Russian Embassy in Chisinau delegated 14 observers, the European Union Delegation 2 observers and the Moldovan human rights organization Promo-Lex 4 observers.
Observers for the upcoming referendum may be delegated by civil society and political parties. The deadline for registering observers is September 1.
