Eugen Cebotaru is having his best season in the second league of Russia’s championship. The Moldovan halfback scored his ninth goal for Sibir, in the match against Spartak Nalchik, IPN reports.
The 32-year-old player transformed a penalty in the 49th minute, scoring the only goal of the game. The victory enabled Sibir to leave the relegation area, where there is Ilie Cebanu’s team Mordovia Saransk.
Eugen Cebotaru is a pupil of the Zimbru club. He also played for Ceahlaul Piatra-Neamt and Spartak Nalchik.
