The Supreme Court of Justice remitted the case over the privatization of a building in Ocnita opened by the Prosecutor General's Office against the Communist Party to the Economic Court of Appeal for reexamination, the PCRM's jurist Sergiu Sarbu has told Info-Prim Neo. The case involves the Communist Party, the General Division for Government Buildings Administration, the Public Property Agency and the state-run company “Registru”. According to Sergiu Sarbu, the case started to be examined a year ago and the trial will continue for at least half a year more. There are about ten more legal cases started against the PCRM. The Prosecutor General's Office sued the Communist Party for buying the building in Ocnita by direct negotiations, not at auction. The building was privatized in 2009.
