The presentation of the book “Who are We? Chronicles from the East to the West” by Dan Dungaciu will take place in Chisinau on Tuesday, Feb. 17, at 6 pm in Libraria din Centru, on Stefan cel Mare ave. no. 126, Info-Prim Neo has learnt from a communique by the publishing house.
The book was already launched in Bucharest on February 12, in Eminescu bookstore. The presentation was attended by a series of personalities from Romania and Moldova.
Dan Dungaciu’s book “Who are We? Chronicles from the East to the West” treats Moldova promptly, pertinently and in a way that is comprehensible to the West, but without pathetism like flower bridges, a communique from “Cartier” says.
Moldova’s independence – from who?; What is there behind ‘the war of the language’?; What does depoliticization of the identity issue mean?; What does it happen there?; The voronization of Moldova and of the Romanian foreign policy?; Does NATO have support in Moldova? – these questions and other issued are raised by Dan Dungaciu in his book “Who are We? Chronicles from the East to the West”.
Dan Dungaciu is a senior researcher at the Institute of Political Sciences and International Relations of the Romanian Academy and a lecturer at the Faculty of Sociology and Social Assistance of the University in Bucharest.
